Mun: Louise Pups applicable: Maria DeLuca, Alec Scudder, Will Gorski Limitations/Permissions: Everything is fine for everyone, but it's worth mentioning that Maria's best friend died because an alien used mind warping powers on him, so if Maria ever found out that Rey had used those kinds of powers on her, she would be very upset. Will is sensate so reading his mind may feel like reading two (or more) minds at once, and Rey may see memories or sense emotions which seem to belong to multiple people.
Mun: Julia Pups applicable: Fíli, Padmé Limitations/Permissions: Everything's fine for all of mine (and all future pups, unless I show up here and say otherwise). Padmé is 100% used to Jedi Nonsense anyway. If I'm remembering Tolkien's canon correctly, I think it can a bit difficult to influence Dwarves into doing something they aren't already inclined to do, but Rey's welcome to give it a shot, and mind-reading and all the rest are totally fair game for Fíli.

Limitations/Permissions: You have general, blanket permission for whatever, with any of mine, but there are a few things to note about Merry and Lestat. Merry's thoughts might seem particularly jumbled, and she keeps a lot of things hidden, even from herself. She's not completely sure which of her memories are actually reality, or if reality even matters all that much. It would take a lot of digging for Rey to find Merry's truth.
Lestat has similar abilities of his own, though he attributes them to what he calls The Dark Gift. Rey has permission to try and use the Force on him, but as he has very, very strong force of will of his own, I have doubts how well it would work. He'd happily let her poke around in his mind, though, as long as she doesn't mind allowing him the same access to hers.
